May I bring a guest? and/or I assume [insert name] is invited...?
Please, please, please do not invite or plan to bring anyone without clearing it with us, first.

What about food?
We will serve dinner Friday, breakfast Saturday, dinner Saturday evening, and a light breakfast Sunday before check-out. Snacks, coffee/tea, and booze will be provided. Please RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount! If you'd prefer to make your own meals, there is a full kitchen in the Lodge you may use. Food at Lubrecht MUST be stored securely INDOORS so we do not attract bears!

What time is the 'actual wedding'?
Let's plan for 4PM-ish Saturday July 8th. Heavy on the -ish.

What should I bring?
Pillow / BLANKET / sleeping bag / TOWEL  (Note: Lodge reservations include linens.)
 Refillable water bottle
 Camp chair(s)
 Flashlight
 Comfortable shoes
Favourite bug spray (mosquitos may bother you in the evening)
Travel mug (for coffee/tea we will provide)
Allergy medicines (did we mention the wedding is outside?)
 Sunscreen
Shower tote + flip flops (optional)
 Swimming gear + river shoes
 Musical instruments (encouraged)
 Umbrella (just in case)

What are the bathrooms like?
Bathrooms are communal and divided into his/hers with flushing toilets. Shower stalls are separated by privacy curtains. Guests in the cabins, boxcars, and  campground will use a separate bathhouse nearby. Bathrooms in the Lodge are located on the first floor. Each facility is well  maintained and very clean.

When is check-in at Lubrecht? When is check-out?
You may check into your rooms at 3:00PM Friday. Check out is firm, 10AM Sunday morning. We will be cleaning up throughout the day on Sunday but you must be out of your rooms by 10AM so the staff can prepare for the next group. If you'd prefer to arrive Thursday, you can arrange that thru Lubrecht (meals on your own).

What should I wear?
This is not a traditional wedding by any means. We want you to have fun! Heels are not advisable as our ceremony  will be held outdoors in a field of grass. It will be very warm during the day and chilly at night. Layers are a safe bet. Please dress however you will feel most comfortable.

What will the weather be like?
Montana weather in the mountains is impossible to predict. Daytime temperatures could be anywhere from 70 - 100 degrees with nighttime  temps dipping into the 40's. Thunderstorms are common in the afternoon although they pass quickly. Every structure has either wood/electric  heat or both. Lubrecht provides firewood/kindling. The sun will set at 9:29PM.

What about dogs? Smoking? Kids?!
 -
Of course there will be dogs!! Dogs are welcome at Lubrecht. (Just no dogs inside the Lodge building.)
 - Lubrecht is a tobacco-free facility.
 - Kids are welcome. There is plenty of room to run and explore so plan to keep an eye on them.

What if [insert emergency]?

We are 45 minutes by car from the hospitals in Missoula and cell service is spotty with Verizon being most reliable. We will have someone on  call at all times if you need assistance leaving the site - this person's info will be posted in the Lodge for the upper camp and at  the Bathhouse for the lower camp.
